- Any designs created for clients remain our property until full payment is received.
- Clients may not resell, distribute, or modify our work without permission
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information for project completion.
- Timely feedback and approvals are required to meet deadlines.
- Viral Double is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Viral Double is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from design or marketing efforts.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate a project or service agreement in writing.
- Any fees paid before termination are non-refundable.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgrade, Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
